- The client is responsible for any damages caused to the venue, property, or equipment during the event.
- Any repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
- Love Event Center is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
7. Setup & Cleanup
- Setup and cleanup times must fall within the booked rental period unless otherwise agreed.
- The venue must be returned in acceptable condition.
- Additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary.
8. Decorations & Modifications
- All decorations must be approved in advance.
- No permanent alterations to the venue are allowed.
- Items such as nails, adhesives, or materials that may damage surfaces are prohibited unless approved.
9. Safety & Compliance
- All guests must adhere to safety guidelines while on the premises.
- Fire hazards, illegal activities, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.
- Capacity limits must be observed at all times.
10. Force Majeure
Love Event Center shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
